NAYA by Africa is looking for a fun, dynamic, customer-focused person to manage day-to-day operations in our retail stores and represent the NAYA brand at marketing and promotional events. A dynamic, customer-focused person responsible for managing day-to-day operations in our retail stores and representing the NAYA brand at marketing and promotional events. You will play a key role in delivering exceptional customer service, educating customers on our skincare products, and driving retail sales through practical product recommendations, merchandising, and in-store engagement.

Job Description/Requirements
- Maintain a clean, organized, and visually appealing store environment.
- Replenish stock on shelves and ensure merchandise is attractively displayed.
- Prepare customized gift packages and manage seasonal décor when needed.
Inventory & Shop Operations
- Conduct regular stock counts and support inventory control procedures.
- Report low stock levels and assist in receiving and restocking products.
- Receive inventory into the shop from the warehouse.
- Review supplies to ensure availability for continuous shop operation
Sales & Customer Engagement
- Provide a warm, engaging, and knowledgeable in-store experience for all customers.
- Educate customers on skincare needs and recommend suitable NAYA products.
- Upsell and cross-sell products by understanding customer preferences.
- Maintain a strong knowledge of all product lines, features, and promotional offers.
- Represent the brand with professionalism at retail outlets and off-site events.
- Make and wrap gift packages for customers.
- Accurately manage all cash, card, and POS transactions.
- Ensure timely processing of customer orders and follow-ups on deliveries.
- Participate in in-store marketing activities to boost foot traffic and conversions.
- Generate daily sales reports and share insights on performance or customer trends.
Customer Support & Feedback
- Address customer inquiries, complaints, and feedback with a solutions-oriented mindset.
- Escalate unresolved issues to supervisors or management promptly.
- Maintain high levels of customer satisfaction and return visits.
Qualifications & Requirements:
- Minimum Education Level: Diploma
- Level of Experience: 2 years
