Vendor Relations Executive

Responsibilities:

The ideal candidate will have experience in working in a start-up or scale-up environment and will be responsible for:

• Responding and resolving client enquiries and issues raised with departments on payments, orders and products.
• Providing weekly reports on the outcomes of interactions with vendors and their clients and feedback/recommendations
• Utilizing our warehouse Management and Operating Systems for updates and general enquiries.
• Recording details of enquiries, comments, and complaints
• Keeping records of Clients interactions and transactions
• Receiving and recording of new products
• Support onboarding of new vendors and ensure they are well-integrated into our systems and processes.
• Anticipate vendor needs and proactively identify service enhancements to support their growth.

Education & Experience Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree, diploma or equivalent in business, or related field
• Chinese Proficiency- Fluent
• 2+ years’ experience in client services, vendor relations, account management, or logistics operations.
• Knowledge of relevant applications and hardware
• Knowledge of administrative procedures
• E-commerce knowledge.
• Proficient in Google Workspace .
• Prior experience in working with delivery agents and in e-commerce will be a plus
