Job Description/Requirements
Responsibilities:
- Leading in managing global treasury operations including daily cash management, positioning, FX and hedging transactions
- Supporting the implementation of cash concentration, physical and notional pooling structures creating efficiency within the overall bank account framework
- Facilitating liquidity solutions which provide scalable funding
- Providing financial and analytical support including: daily, weekly, monthly reporting on treasury and financial
- Prepare and direct Deel strategy for bank opening and management globally
- Negotiate and maintain Deel banking fees globally
- Build and maintain Deel investment policy and Hedging policy
- Be part of a team that builds and designs internal treasury Management System (TMS).
Requirements:
- You have at least 5 years' experience with cash and liquidity management of a multinational, bank or FinTech
- You have a solid understanding of banking systems and international business, involving multi-currency transactions
- You are familiar with the requirements and complexities of global payments transactions (SEPA, SWIFT, API connectivity, banking platforms, TMS, etc.)
- You have the ability to prioritize, organize, effectively manage time and work independently with little direction and oversight to meet deadlines
- You have excellent communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills and advanced Excel skills
- You are fluent in English and Spanish
