Accounting Officer / Cashier

Key Responsibilities:

• Handle dolly cash receipts and payments and ensure proper recording in accounting systems.
• Maintain and reconcile petty cash and bank accounts.
•  Prepare and issue official receipts and payment vouchers.
  
• Monitor cash flow and report discrepancies immediately.
• Assist in preparing monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements.
• Ensure compliance with internal financial policies and procedures.
• Support auditing activities by providing required documentation.
• Maintain confidentiality of financial data.
• Perform other related accounting and administrative duties is required
  
• Also Assist the store manager with invento Control and stock management
  

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or a related field
  
•  At least 1-2 years of relevant experience in accounting, cashiering, or finance roles
  
• Strong understanding of basic accounting principles and bookkeeping.
• Proficiency In MS Excel and accounting software
  
• Excellent numerical accuracy and attention to detail
  
• Good organizational end time management skills.
•  Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
  
•  High level of integrity and trustworthiness.
  

Preferred Qualifications (Optional):

• Experience in a similar industry (ag, ratall, banking, er corporate accounting)
• Familiarity with local tax regulations and financial reporting standards.
• Certification (eg, CPA, CAT) is an advantage.
