Job Description/Requirements

Key Responsibilities


The successful candidate will oversee and strengthen all finance and administrative functions, including:

  • Financial Reporting: Prepare accurate monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements.
  • Compliance: Ensure full regulatory compliance and audit readiness.
  • Budgeting & Planning: Lead budgeting, forecasting, and financial performance tracking.
  • Procurement: Develop and manage procurement policies and cost-efficient purchasing processes.
  • Payroll Management: Oversee payroll administration and statutory deductions
  • Systems Setup: Establish and optimize finance, budgeting, reporting, and procurement systems.
  • Investment Preparation: Support the business with financial structures and documentation needed for future investor engagement.


Qualifications & Experience

  •  Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or related field (Master’s degree is an advantage).
  • Professional certification (ACCA, ICA, CIMA, CPA) strongly preferred.
  • Minimum 5–8 years’ experience, with at least 3 years in a manufacturing/production environment.
  • Proven ability to set up or streamline financial and administrative systems.
  • Strong understanding of compliance, audit preparation, and corporate governance.
  • Experience supporting organizations preparing for investment or scaling operations.
  • Excellent analytical, communication, and leadership skills.
