Job Description/Requirements
Responsibiblities:
- Monitoring financial transactions and ensure compliance with accounting standards.
- Preparing and maintaining financial statements, analyzing financial data, and supporting financial decision-making.
- Auditing financial records and ensure that they are accurate and up-to-date.
- Ensuring compliance with tax and other regulatory guidelines.
- Organizing and entering all transactions into Quickbooks Online portal.
- Delivering excellent customer service, managing communication with clients and stakeholders
- Contributing to the company’s financial functions to ensure smooth operations.
- Performing other accounting and administrative duties as required.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field
- At least 2 years’ work or relevant experience
- Strong Analytical Skills to assess and interpret financial data effectively
- Exceptional Customer Service and Communication skills to build and maintain client relationships
- Detail-oriented with the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently
- Familiarity with financial software and tools such as QuickBooks is an advantage
- Ability to work in a team environment and meet deadlines
- Experience in the construction or real estate industry is beneficial
