Job Description/Requirements
Key Responsibilities:
Customer Service
- Greet customers warmly and assist them with inquiries or product selection.
- Provide information about products, pricing, promotions, and offers.
- Handle customer complaints or escalate them to the supervisor when necessary.
Sales and Transactions
- Operate the cash register and process payments (cash, card, and other payment methods).
- Ensure accurate billing and provide receipts to customers.
Stock Management
- Monitor inventory levels and report low stock to management.
- Assist in receiving, unpacking, and organizing stock deliveries.
Shop Maintenance
- Keep the shop clean, organized, and presentable at all times.
- Arrange and maintain product displays for maximum visibility.
- Ensure all products are properly labeled and priced.
Qualifications and Skills
- Degree.
- Previous experience in retail, customer service, or a similar role is an advantage.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Basic math skills for handling transactions.
- Friendly, approachable, and customer-focused attitude.
