Job Description/Requirements

Responsibilities:

  • Lead the development, delivery, and continuous improvement of our core global revenue enablement programs. 
  • Proactively identify strategic enablement opportunities based on data.
  • Define, develop and deliver enablement programs in conjunction with stakeholders and SMEs that produce measurable business impact. 
  • Define and track program milestones and KPIs with timely reporting.
  • Deliver observable and measurable learning and evaluation outcomes in line with agreed business needs.
  • Report to stakeholders and senior management on progress against KPIs.
  • Engage with and understand audiences to ensure that programs meet their ongoing needs.
  • Support individual program managers to support the larger strategic vision for your team.
  • Delegate relevant projects to them to deliver and support them through the development.
  • Provide feedback and coaching to support their continuous development. 


Requirements:

  • 6+ years in a Revenue Enablement role or similar.
  • Experience with managing people.
  • Keen understanding of the sales audience - minimum two years experience working in a revenue generating role
  • Training or a degree in relevant areas such as learning and development
  • Passion for learning and inspiring others to do the same
  • Outstanding presentation skills
  • Extensive experience with project management and project collaboration tools
  • Willing to commit to reasonable international travel for delivery of in-person programs
  • Can coach and provide feedback to team members, collaborators, and stakeholders
  • A clear communicator
  • Reliable and conscientious, with a commitment to delivering the best for your team and the company
  • Can demonstrate creative problem-solving and innovative use of resources and tools
  • Fluent English
