Job Description/Requirements
Key Responsibilities:
- Answer and direct phone calls, emails, and correspondence.
- Schedule meetings, appointments, and maintain calendars.
- Prepare and organize reports, memos, and other documents.
- Maintain and update office records and filing systems.
- Greet and assist visitors in a professional manner.
- Handle confidential information with discretion.
- Coordinate travel arrangements and accommodations.
- Order office supplies and manage inventory.
- Support office staff with administrative tasks as needed
Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Secretary or in an administrative role.
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint).
- Ability to handle sensitive information with confidentiality.
- Attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
