Job Summary
The Sales & Administrative Officer will support the day-to-day operations of both the Real Estate and Travel departments by managing client inquiries, coordinating sales activities, preparing documentation, and ensuring smooth office operations. The ideal candidate is organized, customer-focused, aand skilled at multitasking across two fast-paced service lines.

Job Description/Requirements
- Engage with prospective clients through calls, emails, WhatsApp, social media, and walk-ins.
- Provide detailed information on properties, leasing/sales options, and travel packages.
- Conduct property follow-ups, schedule viewings, and support agents with client coordination.
- Assist clients with booking inquiries, flight options, hotel reservations, and tours.
- Prepare and send quotes, proposals, and offers for both real estate and travel.
- Track sales leads, conversions, and update CRM/lead management systems daily.
- Support the sales team in closing deals and achieving monthly targets.
- Manage office communication—emails, calls, enquiries, appointment scheduling.
- Maintain accurate records: client databases, contracts, invoices, receipts, booking forms, etc.
- Assist in preparing tenancy agreements, offer letters, travel itineraries, and booking confirmations.
- Ensure all client documents are properly organized and filed digitally and physically.
- Support management with reporting, including daily, weekly, and monthly performance reports.
- Handle petty cash, basic expense tracking, and coordination with finance.
- Maintain an organized, professional, and welcoming office environment.
- Serve as first point of contact for all client inquiries.
- Provide timely updates on property availability, travel package details, and booking status.
- Ensure high professionalism and excellent customer service at every interaction.
- Follow up with clients after sales/viewings/bookings to maintain strong relationships.
- Coordinate with property owners, agents, landlords, vendors, and travel suppliers.
- Support property marketing activities—listing updates, uploading photos, preparing descriptions.
- Work with the travel team to process tickets, tours, and travel documents.
- Assist in organizing team schedules, meetings, and internal communication.
- HND/Diploma/Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Tourism, Real Estate, or related field.
- Strong communication and customer service abilities.
- Sales experience in Real Estate and/or Travel (preferred).Excellent organizational and multitasking skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel), CRM tools, and email communication.
- Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines.
