We are seeking a female graduate Secretary to provide efficient administrative and clerical support to ensure smooth day-to-day office operations. The ideal candidate should be well-organized, detail- oriented, fluent in English, and able to manage office communications and correspondence effectively.

Job Description/Requirements
- Manage and organize office documentation, correspondence, and filing systems.
- Type and tabulate documents, reports, and presentations accurately and efficiently.
- Receive and make phone calls professionally and courteously.
- Check and respond to emails promptly and forward messages as needed.
- Coordinate appointments, meetings, and schedules.
- Prepare and distribute internal and external communications.
- Maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion.
- Provide general administrative and clerical support to management.
- Bachelor’s Degree or Higher National Diploma (HND) in Administration, Secretarial Studies, or a related field.
- Minimum of 2 years’ experience in a similar administrative or secretarial role.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) and basic desktop operations.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills in English.
- Well-groomed, professional appearance with good interpersonal skills.
- Hardworking, reliable, and able to work under minimal supervision.
- Preferably not married with very young children, due to the demands of the role.
- Courteous and presentable personality.
- Strong sense of initiative and responsibility.
- Able to multitask and manage time efficiently.
