Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a School Bus Driver based in Accra. The School Bus Driver will be responsible for transporting students to and from school safely and punctually. Daily tasks include conducting pre-trip inspections, following designated routes, ensuring the bus is clean and well-maintained, and adhering to school safety protocols. The driver will also be required to communicate effectively with students, parents, and school staff, and to provide excellent customer service by addressing any concerns or issues that arise during transportation.
Qualifications
- Valid Class C Driver's licence and experience in Truck or Bus Driving
- Proficiency in Defensive Driving techniques
- Strong Communication and Customer Service skills
- Excellent understanding of road safety regulations and vehicle maintenance
- High school diploma or SHS Certificate
- Experience in a similar role is a plus
- Ability to work effectively in a school environment
