Job descriptions & requirements

Responsibilities
  • Prospect and generate new individual and corporate clients through networking, referrals, cold calling, and field marketing.
  • Promote and sell the company's insurance products, including life, health, motor, travel, property, and business insurance.
  • Conduct client needs assessments and recommend suitable insurance solutions.
  • Prepare and deliver persuasive sales presentations and product demonstrations.
  • Explain policy features, benefits, exclusions, and premium structures clearly to clients.
  • Prepare quotations, complete policy application forms, and facilitate policy issuance.
  • Build and maintain long-term relationships with clients to encourage renewals and referrals.
  • Assist clients with policy renewals, endorsements, and general enquiries.
  • Coordinate with the claims team to support clients throughout the claims process.
  • Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, sales activities, and policy documentation.
  • Participate in marketing campaigns, exhibitions, community outreach, and promotional events.

Qualifications
  • Diploma, HND, or Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Insurance, Finance, Economics, or a related field.
  • .1yrs+ experience
