Job summary
A Sales Executive is responsible for promoting and selling a company's products or services, generating leads, and achieving sales targets. To increase company revenue by identifying and closing sales opportunities.
Job descriptions & requirements
- Prospect and generate new individual and corporate clients through networking, referrals, cold calling, and field marketing.
- Promote and sell the company's insurance products, including life, health, motor, travel, property, and business insurance.
- Conduct client needs assessments and recommend suitable insurance solutions.
- Prepare and deliver persuasive sales presentations and product demonstrations.
- Explain policy features, benefits, exclusions, and premium structures clearly to clients.
- Prepare quotations, complete policy application forms, and facilitate policy issuance.
- Build and maintain long-term relationships with clients to encourage renewals and referrals.
- Assist clients with policy renewals, endorsements, and general enquiries.
- Coordinate with the claims team to support clients throughout the claims process.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, sales activities, and policy documentation.
- Participate in marketing campaigns, exhibitions, community outreach, and promotional events.
- Diploma, HND, or Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Insurance, Finance, Economics, or a related field.
