We are seeking dynamic and proactive Senior Property Sales Executives to join our growing team The candidates will be responsible for driving sales and growing our portfolio (long- and short-term lease, office space lease, construction/renovation, staging/ decor, property management) overseeing property operations, managing client experiences.

Key Responsibilities:
- Identify and prospect potential property developers/owners to join company sales portfolio.
- Pitch the company’s property management solutions and close acquisition deals.
- Market available rental units to attract prospective customers/tenants, engage leads and close deals.
Preferred Qualifications & Skills:
- At least a Diploma In Real Estate, Marketing, Hospitality Management or related field
- 3+ experience in Sales/Marketing in Real Estate or related field
- Aged above 30, tech-savvy,team player, Strong communication skill
