As we grow, we are looking for a proactive and motivated Sales Executive to join our team and help drive unit sales across our property portfolio.
Role Overview
As a Sales Executive, you will be responsible for responding to incoming leads, nurturing client relationships, and closing property sales. The ideal candidate is a persuasive communicator with a strong understanding of the sales process and a passion for helping clients make informed investment decisions. You’ll be working closely with the marketing team to convert interest into transactions and will benefit from a steady stream of leads generated through our campaigns.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead Management: Respond promptly to sales inquiries via phone, email, or in-person visits; follow up consistently to move prospects through the sales funnel.
- Sales Execution: Conduct property showings, pitch units to prospective buyers, and close deals in line with company targets.
- Client Relations: Build trust with clients through consistent communication, transparency, and product knowledge; guide them through the buying process from interest to completion.
- Collaboration: Work with the marketing team to align on promotions, feedback from leads, and trends in client preferences.
- Reporting & Recordkeeping: Maintain accurate records of client interactions, sales progress, and feedback using CRM or internal systems.
- Market Insight: Stay informed on real estate market trends, pricing strategies, and competitor offerings.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 4–5 years’ experience in real estate sales or a similar commission-based sales role.
- Proven ability to close deals and meet or exceed sales targets.
- Excellent interpersonal, negotiation, and communication skills.
- Familiarity with the Ghanaian real estate market is highly preferred.
- Self-driven, organized, and comfortable working in a performance-based environment.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Real Estate, or related field is an advantage.
