Job Summary
This is a full-time on-site role for a Salesperson at NTOMAPA in Accra. The Salesperson will be responsible for assisting customers, providing product information, processing transactions, and maintaining a welcoming store environment. Additionally, the Salesperson will help customers unleash their creativity, explore unique fabrics, and discover new possibilities.

Job Description/Requirements
Responsibilities:
- Assist customers in a friendly and professional manner, ensuring a positive and memorable shopping experience
- Provide detailed product information, guidance, and recommendations to help customers make informed purchasing decisions.
- Accurately process sales transactions, returns, and exchanges while maintaining a high level of efficiency and attention to detail.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming store environment that reflects the brand’s commitment to creativity and quality.
- Inspire customers to explore their creativity by introducing them to unique fabrics, design ideas, and new crafting possibilities.
- Support visual merchandising and inventory management to ensure products are attractively displayed and readily available
Qualifications:
- Excellent customer service and interpersonal skills
- Knowledge of fabric types (a plus)
- Knowledge of MS Office
- Ability to learn new technologies
- Ability to assist customers in product selection
- Cheerful working attitude
- Strong communication and negotiation skills
- Experience in retail sales or fashion industry (a plus)
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Passion for textiles, sewing, and creativity
Location: Accra
Salary: 1500 - 1800
