Job Summary

We are looking for enthusiastic and goal-driven Sales Executive Interns to support our business development team. This is a hands-on opportunity to learn how sales and client acquisition work in a real-world agency environment while helping us grow our client base and promote Propel’s marketing and training services.

Job Description/Requirements

Key Responsibilities

  • Conduct market research to identify and prospect potential clients in targeted industries (education, fintech, health, SMEs, NGOs, government agencies).
  • Pitch Propel’s services (digital marketing, PR, training, etc.) to leads through cold calls, emails, LinkedIn, and direct outreach.
  • Assist in organizing meetings, demos, or presentations with prospective clients.
  • Maintain and update sales databases and CRM tools.
  • Prepare proposals and assist in drafting pitch decks for potential clients.
  • Follow up with leads and nurture relationships to close deals.
  • Work closely with the Strategy and Campaigns team to align proposals with client needs.
  • Collaborate with the content and design team to create sales support materials.
  • Represent Propel at events or activations if required.
  • Meet weekly and monthly KPIs set by the business development unit.


Requirements:

  • Passion for sales, marketing, or business development.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • A proactive and confident personality with persuasive abilities.
  • Good research and organizational skills.
  • Willingness to learn and work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Knowledge of Google Workspace tools (Docs, Sheets, Slides).
  • Prior experience in sales or student ambassador programs is a plus.
  • Final-year students or recent graduates are encouraged to apply.
