Job Summary:
We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Sales Executive to drive the sales of LCD phone screens. The ideal candidate should have prior experience working with a mobile phone brand and possess in-depth knowledge of smartphone components and accessories, especially LCD screens. This role involves managing client relationships, identifying new business opportunities, and achieving sales targets across assigned markets.
Key Responsibilities:
- Stay updated on competitor activities and market trends.
- Ensure prompt communication and excellent service to all clients.
- Participate in product training and contribute feedback to improve offerings.
- Promote and sell LCD phone screens to wholesalers and retailers.
- Identify new sales opportunities and grow the customer base within the mobile phone parts market.
- Maintain strong relationships with existing clients and provide excellent after-sales support.
- Demonstrate product features and benefits to customers, including technical specifications.
- Monitor market trends, competitor activity, and customer feedback to guide sales strategies.
- Prepare regular sales reports and updates for management.
- Collaborate with the warehouse team to ensure the timely delivery of orders.
Qualifications and Requirements:
- Minimum of HND or Bachelor's degree in Marketing or any related field.
- Proven experience in sales, preferably within the mobile phone or accessories industry.
- Previous work with a recognized mobile phone brand is a strong advantage.
- Strong knowledge of LCD screens and mobile device components.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and customer service skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Self-motivated and able to work under pressure to meet sales targets.
Preferred Skills:
- Familiarity with the sale of phone LCD screens or retail sales of phones and accessories.
- Ability to adapt to market changes and customer needs quickly.
- Ability to meet and exceed monthly sales targets.
Compensation Package:
- Monthly Salary: Attractive salary
- Commission: Competitive commission based on monthly sales performance, thus 80% of your monthly target should be achieved.
