🎯 What You Will Do (Responsibilities):
* UGC Content Creation: Shoot, edit, and star in engaging short-form videos (TikToks, Reels, Shorts) that showcase our merchants and ecosystem.
* On-the-Field Storytelling: Travel locally to capture the authentic stories of our "invisible" MSMEs and the nano-creators driving their sales.
* Community Engagement: Monitor and spark conversations across our social media platforms to build a hyper-active community.
* Sales Growth Tracking: Collaborate with the core marketing team to create content campaigns that directly convert into sales and platform sign-ups.
* Brainstorming & Strategy: Bring fresh, viral ideas to the table daily to help scale our brand voice across Ghana.
