Role Description
This is a contract role for a Sales and Marketing Specialist, located in Ejisu, but offering the flexibility of hybrid work, allowing some tasks to be completed from home. The Sales and Marketing Specialist will be responsible for developing and executing sales strategies, managing customer relationships, training team members, and enhancing our customer service operations. Day-to-day tasks will include creating and implementing sales plans, leading sales initiatives, building and maintaining client relationships, conducting sales training sessions, and overseeing customer service to ensure client satisfaction.
Qualifications

- Experience in Sales and Sales Management
- Proficiency in Training and mentoring team members
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
- Proven ability to meet and exceed sales targets
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field
