Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Revenue Operations Specialist to join our fast-paced and growing company. This role will be responsible for managing a range of revenue operations processes, including sales reporting and analysis, deal desk, and revenue recognition. The ideal candidate will have 2 years of experience in a similar role, with a strong background in Salesforce and systems, and a passion for using data to drive business decisions.

Job Description/Requirements

Responsibilities:

  • Manage the sales reporting process, including the compilation and analysis of data from multiple sources
  • Help manage sales and finance deal desk process, including quoting, contracting, and billing
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including sales, finance, marketing, and customer success, to improve revenue operations processes
  • Work with stakeholders to standardize reporting requirements across business functions
  • Manage stakeholders, including internal teams and external partners, to ensure smooth operation of revenue processes
  • Analyze current business processes and make recommendations for improvement based on industry trends and professional business knowledge
  • Help design and maintain go to market rules of engagement
  • Partner with Sales Enablement to train users on a variety of business systems
  • Participate in ad-hoc projects and initiatives as needed


What we are looking for from you (Requirements)

  • 2 years of experience in a revenue operations or similar role, with a strong background in Salesforce and systems
  • Strong analytical and data management skills, including proficiency in Excel and Basic SQL is nice to have
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams and manage stakeholders
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to work under tight deadlines
  • Ability to think creatively and drive process improvements to achieve business objectives
  • Experience in tools such as Salesforce CPQ, Outreach, LinkedIn, Vitally (or Customer Success related software), LeadIQ (or similar prospecting tools)., DemandTools
