Key Responsibilities:
- Supervise and coordinate daily restaurant operations
- Lead, motivate, and support team members to maintain excellent service delivery
- Ensure compliance with hygiene, safety, and quality standards
- Handle customer complaints and resolve issues professionally
- Monitor staff performance and provide feedback where necessary
- Assist with staff scheduling and shift planning
- Ensure proper stock management and operational efficiency
- Support management in achieving sales and service targets
Qualifications & Requirements:
- Minimum of HND qualification
- Proven experience in restaurant or hospitality supervision
- Strong leadership and team management skills
- Excellent customer service and communication skills
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
- High level of responsibility, integrity, and professionalism
- Applicants must reside within or around Nungua, Spintex, Ashaiman, or nearby areas
