Job Summary
For our Customer Happiness team we are looking for a Reporting Associate (m/f/x). In this position you will be the mediator between our two customer sides (end-customer and supplier), making sure that refurbed customers are the happiest customers.

Job Description/Requirements
Responsibilities:
- You are the mediator between our two customer sides (end-customer and supplier)
- You are the main contact person for the Customer Service Team, when it comes to case specific supplier issues
- You handle the supplier communication and reporting by contacting and informing suppliers via e-mail
- You manage information, documents and data in our internal systems
- You support your team in administrational tasks and also assist in ad-hoc tasks and projects
- You have fun doing all these tasks :)
Requirements:
- You are an organizational talent and love to work in a very structured way
- You quickly find your way around new systems and are willing to learn new things
- You like to work independently and with a high level of responsibility
- You are fluent in German and English - any other European language is a plus
- You are a team player with a positive attitude and you love efficient processes
- You don't use the term "It doesn't work"
- You care about the world and are eager to support us in turning refurbished products into the new normal
