A reputable financial institution is seeking to hire young, smart, and dynamic person as Relationship Manager.The ideal candidate will be responsible for the following: Responsible for increase in sales, profitability, market share and customer satisfaction within assigned segment.Responsible for new revenue opportunities from existing & prospective customersSupport the branch to win new accounts and resuscitate dormant relationshipsAssist the branch in its drive for deposit mobilization and enhance profitability within segmentStructure credit facilities to meet customer needs in line with the bank’s policiesPrepare presentations and other marketing materials to customers within segment coveredPerform all other duties as assigned by the Team Lead, Retail Banking. RequirementFirst Degree in any discipline/relevant professional qualificationMinimum of 3 years relevant banking experience Must have knowledge of Credit or Risk ManagementMust have knowledge of banking operations, products & servicesMust have knowledge of banking structure, policies, and proceduresKnowledge of Regulatory ComplianceMust have excellent interpersonal skills
