Recreational Executive

Job Description:

• To ensure appropriate stock level for the smooth running of the resort’s recreational activities and operations; and to prepare requisitions accordingly.
• Create and implement programs during special events and holiday(s) seasons; as well as normal weekly activity schedules.
• To oversee the entire recreational operations/ activities of the resort, including the fitness center (gym), kid’s swimming pool, all other aquatic activities and outdoor games.
• Supervision of the above, ensuring that the Resort’s standard operation procedures are fully followed.
• To respect privacy of guests and confidentiality
• To ensure that all recreational staff are fully trained on all aspects of operations; especially concerning safety standards and procedures.
• Good at planning and executing lifestyle and recreational activities
• Multicultural awareness and ability to work with diverse cultures
• Self-motivated and energetic
• Having a creative mindset will be an added advantage
• Outstanding organizational skills, and having a high level of patience and resilience
• Diploma / Degree in Hospitality Management or in a relevant field.
• Certified in First Aid / Health and Safety / CPR and AED/ Basic water
• Rescuer training and swimming.
• Experience – Minimum 2 years’ experience in a similar role in a resort.
• Personal training experience or certification from an accredited institution
• Skill- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills to handle customer interactions

Salary Range: Ghc 3,000.00 to Ghc 5000.00
