The receptionist is expected to assist the Front Office Manager and the Supervisor to provide an efficient and optimal performance of all front office duties to develop activities to generate maximum revenues for the hotel.

Job Description:
- To have a comprehensive, accurate and relevant product knowledge and provide it on timely basis to guest and potential clients of the hotel through the approved means of communication.
- Develop comprehensive knowledge and usage of front office module Opera PMS
- Check-out departing guests; provide and receive settlement of guest bills as per policies and procedures
- To ensure that you maintain at all times a very high standard of personal appearance and hygiene at the duty post and surrounding areas
- Ability to work well under pressure
- Good communications skills
- Multi-tasking and stress management skills are essential for this role
- Good telephone manners and etiquette
- Diploma/ Degree in hospitality Management or related course
- Experience – Three (3) years of experience as a receptionist
- Skill- Good verbal and written communication skills to handle customer interactions
- Proficiency and familiarity with hotel PMS (Opera)
