To act as the school's receptionist, receiving calls, passed on relevant information, data base and administrative systems, keep office wall updated, ensure telephone and emails are dealt with, provide general support among others.

- To act as the school’s receptionist, providing a first point of contact for all incoming calls to ensure that they are answered in a timely and professional manner
- To log telephone calls and ensure that relevant information is passed on the school Directors/administrators and the head teacher in a timely manner
- To use the databases and administrative systems, ensuring they are kept up to date and relevant information is delivered to the appropriately to members of staff
- To produce documents (including presentations, correspondence, reports and spreadsheets), working to produce a finished document in line with school standards, making certain that confidentiality is maintained when required
- To keep the reception wall/administration office wall updated at all times with appropriate information.
- To ensure that telephone and email queries are dealt with effectively, taking the initiative to identify and handle issues that arise on behalf of the leadership team and others
- To provide general support to the administrator and head teacher in their daily duties at the school
- To maintain manual and computerized records and management information systems, including the input of student data daily and maintaining pupil records in line with the administrator and head teacher instruction.
- You will be liaising with government agencies such as SSNIT,GRA and Awutu Senya Minicipal assembly by sending payment or information when the school requires you to do so.
- At least Diploma
- Must be a residence in or around Kasoa.
