Job Summary
ICF is currently looking for a Project Finance Controller to work in our Sacramento or San Diego, CA office and support the Energy, Environment & Transportation group. The Project Finance Controller will work with various parts of our accounting department, including the A/R and A/P teams. Exciting projects to support include major infrastructure markets within Environmental Planning, Natural & Cultural Resources, Clean Transportation & Energy, Water Resources, and Climate Change.

Job Description/Requirements
Requirements:
- Project Setup, maintenance, and close-out
- Client Invoicing – Time and Materials and Percent Complete
- Distribution of draft invoice
- Project manager and client support
- Budget tracking
- Excel Spreadsheets, creating and updating
- Revenue Recognition on Lump Sum projects
- Account analysis and reconciliation as needed
- Audit support
- Pull backup documentation for client invoicing
- Maintain project files
- Willing to work overtime
Basic Qualifications:
- Experience with Deltek Vision accounting system
- Experience with project billing
- Experience with QuickBooks
- Demonstrated ability to prioritize and meet deadline
- Demonstrated proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Word, and 10-key by touch
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting or related field
