Key Responsibilities
Production Operations
Production Operations
- Assist in planning and coordinating daily production activities to meet set targets.
- Monitor production processes to ensure efficiency, accuracy, and adherence to established standards.
- Operate production equipment safely and effectively.
Quality Control & Compliance
- Ensure all products meet internal quality standards and regulatory requirements.
- Conduct routine checks, measurements, and sampling during production.
- Maintain a clean and safe production environment in line with safety guidelines.
Documentation & Reporting
- Maintain accurate production records, including batch numbers, quantities, and materials used.
- Report production variances, equipment issues, or deviations from SOPs to supervisors.
- Assist in preparing daily, weekly, and monthly production reports.
Equipment & Materials Management
- Ensure availability of raw materials and support in inventory monitoring.
- Assist in routine maintenance checks and report machine faults promptly.
- Collaborate with the technical team to ensure equipment safety and functionality.
Process Improvement
- Recommend ways to improve production processes, reduce waste, and increase efficiency.
- Support continuous improvement initiatives within the production unit.
Qualifications & Requirements
- HND or Bachelor’s Degree in Chemistry, Biochemistry, Industrial Science, or any related field.
- Relevant experience in production or manufacturing is an added advantage.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Ability to follow SOPs and work with precision.
- Good communication and teamwork skills.
- Highly organized, detail-oriented, and disciplined.
- Must be able to thrive in a fast-paced production environment.
- Must reside in Tema or surrounding areas.
