Job Summary

We are seeking a highly organized and proactive Personal Assistant to support in daily administrative and personal tasks. The ideal candidate will be discreet, detail-oriented, and capable of managing multiple responsibilities with efficiency and professionalism.

Job Description/Requirements

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage calendars, schedule meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements.
  • Handle correspondence (emails, calls, and letters) and respond on behalf of the employer when appropriate.
  • Organize and maintain files, records, and confidential documents
  • Run errands and assist with personal tasks such as shopping, reservations, and household coordination
  • Plan and coordinate events or meetings, including logistics and catering.
  • Liaise with clients, suppliers, and staff on behalf of the employer.
  • Monitor deadlines and ensure timely follow-ups on tasks and commitments
  • Perform basic bookkeeping or expense tracking as needed

Qualifications:

  • Proven experience as a Personal Assistant or in a similar administrative role.
  • Excellent organizational and time-management skills.
  • Strong written and verbal communication abilities.
  • High level of discretion and professionalism.
  • Tech-savvy; proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and scheduling tools.
  • Ability to multitask and adapt quickly to changing priorities.
