Job Description/Requirements
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage calendars, schedule meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements.
- Handle correspondence (emails, calls, and letters) and respond on behalf of the employer when appropriate.
- Organize and maintain files, records, and confidential documents
- Run errands and assist with personal tasks such as shopping, reservations, and household coordination
- Plan and coordinate events or meetings, including logistics and catering.
- Liaise with clients, suppliers, and staff on behalf of the employer.
- Monitor deadlines and ensure timely follow-ups on tasks and commitments
- Perform basic bookkeeping or expense tracking as needed
Qualifications:
- Proven experience as a Personal Assistant or in a similar administrative role.
- Excellent organizational and time-management skills.
- Strong written and verbal communication abilities.
- High level of discretion and professionalism.
- Tech-savvy; proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and scheduling tools.
- Ability to multitask and adapt quickly to changing priorities.
