Job Summary

We are seeking a highly organized, proactive, and professional Personal Assistant (PA) to the CEO of a growing Electric Vehicle (EV) Dealership based in Accra. The successful candidate will play a key role in supporting the CEO in all aspects of business operations and strategic initiatives. This role requires discretion, initiative, and a strong ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.

Job Description/Requirements

Responsibilities:

  • Manage the CEO’s calendar, schedule meetings, and coordinate travel logistics.
  • Organize internal and external meetings, including preparing agendas, materials, and minutes.
  • Handle email and telephone correspondence on behalf of the CEO.
  • Draft reports, presentations, memos, and other business documents.
  • Liaise with internal teams, clients, partners, and stakeholders on behalf of the CEO.
  • Track ongoing projects and ensure timely follow-up on key deliverables.
  • Assist in managing personal tasks and errands when required.
  • Maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion.
  • Conduct market research and provide briefs as requested.
  • Represent the CEO professionally in meetings and public events when needed.



Qualifications and Experience:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field.
  • At least 3 years of experience in a similar PA or executive assistant role.
  • Experience in the automotive or electric mobility industry is an advantage.
  • Excellent command of Microsoft Office Suite, Google Workspace, and digital productivity tools.
  • Strong organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to multitask, work independently, and exercise sound judgment.
  • High level of professionalism, discretion, and reliability.
