Job Summary
We are a well-established leading player in the logistics sector and growing rapidly in Ghana and within the sub region. As a leading Ghanaian indigenous company, we provide end to end logistics solutions at all sea and air ports to and from the world and a one stop shop for all logistics needs. We are based in Tema, Accra and Takoadi. We have vacancy for a results-oriented and self-motivated person and invites applications of suitable persons for the role of PERSONAL ASSISTANT (PA), the role is located at Tema and reports to the CEO.

Job Description/Requirements
The post holder is to provide unparalleled business operational and strategic support to the Chief Executive Officer.
Responsibilities:
- Master complex calendar management for coordination of internal and external meetings, presentations and travels
- Ensuring CEO is well prepared for all corporate events and conferences
- Preparing and delivering presentations for and on behalf of the CEO
- Responding to correspondences including emails on behalf of the CEO where required
- Carrying out business paper research and analytics
- Ability to conduct special projects for the CEO and company
- Organizing meetings and ensuring the CEO is well prepared for meetings
- Attending with and recording meetings for the CEO
- Producing documents, briefing papers and reports
- Shall ensure all social media platforms of the CEO are updated with relevant content where applicable
- Ability to contribute to streamlining cost for the CEO and business
- Prepare weekly, monthly, quarterly and annual reports for the CEO
- Assist in the preparation of tender documents
- Meeting and greeting visitors at all levels of seniority
- Provide leadership to the CEO’s driver and any other official assistants to the CEO
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Business Management or other related fields.
- An MBA would be an added advantage.
- Must have worked in a similar position with a proven track record of a minimum of three years working experience.

- Discretion and understanding of confidentiality issues
- Flexibility and adaptability to juggle a range of different tasks and to work extra hours to meet deadlines
- The ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines
- Willingness and capacity to be available out of working hours
- The ability to research, digest, analyze and present material clearly and concisely
- The ability to work on your own initiative
- Honesty and reliability
- Attention to detail
- Good organizational and time management skills.
- Exceptional written and oral communication skill.
- Proficient in use of Microsoft office suite and managing social media accounts.
- Excellent interpersonal skills
