Job Description/Requirements
Responsibilities:
- Act as the point of contact between the Principal and internal/external clients.
- Aide to Principal.
- Screen and direct phone calls and distribute correspondence.
- Handle requests and queries appropriately.
- Manage diary and schedule meetings and appointments.
- Make travel arrangements.
- Take dictation and minutes.
Qualifications and Requirements:
- A minimum of a Bachelor’s Degree.
- Minimum of 2 years’ experience is required.
- Should have experience in data entry, correspondence, etc.
Location: Lapaz, Accra
Salary Range: GHS1500-2000
Employment Type: Full-Time
