We are searching for a reliable and enthusiastic Personal Assistant to join our team.

  • Minimum Qualification : Degree
  • Experience Level : Entry level
  • Experience Length : 2 years

Job Description/Requirements

Responsibilities:

  • Act as the point of contact between the Principal and internal/external clients.
  • Aide to Principal.
  • Screen and direct phone calls and distribute correspondence.
  • Handle requests and queries appropriately.
  • Manage diary and schedule meetings and appointments.
  • Make travel arrangements.
  • Take dictation and minutes.



Qualifications and Requirements:

  • A minimum of a Bachelor’s Degree.
  • Minimum of 2 years’ experience is required.
  • Should have experience in data entry, correspondence, etc.



Location: Lapaz, Accra
Salary Range: GHS1500-2000

Employment Type: Full-Time
