Job Description/Requirements
Key Responsibilities:
- Review of digital contact and beneficiary update.
- Assist with the registration of members online.
- Assist with the upload and attachment of all scanned forms.
- Monitor and follow-up on all incomplete membership requests for completion.
- Assist with the identification, verification and resolution of member data issues to ensure data quality.
- Filing of membership management request forms.
- Assist with digital member enquiries
- Provision of monthly reports on the job schedule.
- Any other responsibilities that will be assigned.
Qualifications & Skills:
- Bachelor's degree in business administration, management, or a related field.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work with and handle data.
- Excellent communication and customer service skills.
- Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment.
- Attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel etc.)
- Ability to work with Microsoft 365.
- Intermediate knowledge of the use of digital services.
