The ideal candidate will have strong experience in overseas student recruitment, sales, and operational management within a target-driven environment.

Key Responsibilities
- Manage and supervise daily office operations to ensure efficiency and service excellence.
- Translate organizational strategy into actionable operational plans.
- Establish, monitor, and report on Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) to measure operational and recruitment performance.
- Counsel and recruit students for overseas universities within the company’s partner network.
- Drive student recruitment targets and support revenue growth initiatives.
- Implement sales and marketing strategies to increase student enrollment.
- Utilize social media platforms for lead generation, information gathering, and brandvisibility.
- Maintain strong relationships with partner universities and key stakeholders.
- Ensure excellent customer service and handle escalated student issues professionally.
Requirements
- Minimum of 4 years’ proven experience in the overseas student recruitment industry.
- Demonstrated experience working in a target-driven organization.
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
- Excellent communication and customer service skills.
- Strong knowledge of social media platforms for business and marketing purposes.
