Operations Manager (Strategic Lead)
Job summary
The co-founders are seeking a general operations manager to take full command of the day-to-day running of the company. Your primary objective is to alleviate operational pressure from the founders, managing every detail from the hub to the store and the field, so they can focus exclusively on high-level deal-making.

Responsibilities:
Probationary Phase & Authority Growth
- To ensure a seamless transition, this role includes a 90-Day Operational Integration Period:
- Phase 1 (Month 1): Focus on mastering the Ultimate POS Premium ERP and understanding the hub-to-store logistics flow.
- Phase 2 (Month 2-3): Gradual handover of delegated authority including the independent approval of routine expenses up to a pre-set threshold.
- Full Integration: Upon successful completion of the 90 days, the manager will gain full access to the KPI
- Bonus Structure and independent operational decision-making power with full authority over staff performance, shift rotations, and disciplinary matters.
- Performance-Based Bonus Structure (Post-Probation)
- We are looking for a partner in growth. Once fully integrated, you will be eligible for quarterly bonuses tied to:
- Revenue Growth (40% Weight): Bonus tied to hitting monthly sales targets across both Delkor and Fiberk channels.
- Operational Efficiency (30% Weight): Rewards for reducing order lead times and optimizing fuel/logistics
- costs.
- Order & Inventory Accuracy (20% Weight): Targets for maintaining zero discrepancies between physical stock and the Ultimate POS Premium ERP records.
- Founder Relief Metric (10% Weight): A qualitative assessment based on your ability to resolve 90%+ of operational issues without founder intervention
- Operational Commitment & Availability: This is a high-volume operations leadership role that demands a commitment to the full business cycle
- Availability Beyond Closing: Your workday concludes once all field agents are accounted for, the store is reconciled, and the hub is secured.
- 7-Day Business Engagement: Consistent oversight beyond the typical 5-day week is required to ensure weekend operations run at 100% capacity.
Qualifications
- Experience: 5+ years in senior operations or general management within logistics or retail.
- Technical: Strong proficiency in automated ERP systems.
- Credentials: Degree in Business, Logistics, or Management
- Mindset: A proactive leader who thrives when given autonomy and high responsibility.
Location: Operations Hub – Ashale Botwe-Agorwu Down (Adjacent St. Francis of Assisi Church)
Salary: GHS 6,000.00 – GHS 10,000.00 (Negotiable)
