Job Description/Requirements
Responsibilities
- Handle daily administrative affairs, including document management, meeting arrangements and customer communication.
- Assist the sales and marketing team to prepare reports, organize data and manage schedules.
- Maintain company email and telephone communication to ensure smooth information transmission.
- Responsible for office supply procurement to ensure smooth office operations.
- Coordinate internal teams to support event planning and customer meetings.
Requirements
- Have good communication and organizational skills.
- Careful and responsible, able to handle multi-tasking work.
