Job Summary

Our company is looking for an office assistant to be responsible for handling clerical tasks in our office. You will be handling incoming phone calls and other communications, greeting clients and visitors, as well as managing files, updating paperwork and other documents, and performing other general office clerk duties and errands.

  • Minimum Qualification:HND
  • Experience Level:Entry level
  • Experience Length:1 year

Job Description/Requirements

Responsibilities:

  • You will be responsible for the marketing affairs of the company and run other errands for the company that are necessary for the growth and improvement of the company.
  • Managing filing system.
  • Recording information as needed.
  • Greeting clients and visitors as needed.
  • Updating paperwork, maintaining documents, and word processing.
  • Helping organize and maintain office common areas.
  • Performing general office clerk duties and errands.


Requirements:

  • At least 1 year of working experience
  • A qualification of a Diploma or HND is strictly preferred.
  • You should have a background in computer science with marketing skills.
  • Should be able to manage the affairs of the entire office


Work Days: Monday - Friday

Location: Achimota and Surroundings
