- Perform clerical duties including but not limited to mailing and filing correspondence, answering phone calls, arrange meetings and manage refreshments.
- Type correspondence, meeting notes among other documents.
- Photocopy, scan and file appropriate documents.
- Maintain accurate records and enter dates.
- Answer customer questions and forward complaints.
- Organize filing system.
- Perform additional duties when required.
Qualifications and Responsibilities:
- Minimum SHS certificate or higher.
- Previous experience in a related field an advantage.
- Self driven individual with excellent customer care and communication skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office programmes, professional appearance.
- Excellent typing, organizational and problem solving skills.
- Excellent interpersonal skills.
- Good team player.
