Office Administrator
Job summary
We are looking for a responsible and well-organized Office Administrator to oversee the daily administrative operations of our driving training school. The ideal candidate should be proactive, detail-oriented, and customer-focused. Male candidates are preferred, and ability to drive is an added advantage.
Job descriptions & requirements
- Manage front desk operations and attend to clients and inquiries
- Register new students and maintain accurate student records
- Schedule driving lessons, tests, and instructor assignments
- Handle phone calls, emails, and WhatsApp inquiries professionally
- Prepare basic reports, invoices, receipts, and administrative documents
- Manage office supplies and ensure smooth day-to-day office operations
- Support record-keeping and other administrative tasks
- Liaise with instructors, students, and management to ensure smooth operations
- HND or Degree in Business Administration or a related field
- 1–2 years relevant work experience in an administrative or office role
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong organizational and time-management skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel)
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
- Ability to drive is a plus (valid driving license preferred)
- Customer service experience
- Scheduling and coordination skills
Location: Accra – Dzorwulu
Salary: GHS 1,200
