- Minimum Qualification :
Job Description/Requirements
Masters degree in Ecology, Conservation Biology, Environmental Science or a related field.
At least 10 years of experience in biodiversity conservation, policy development, or environmental management.
Proven experience in gender analysis, gender mainstreaming, and social inclusion.
Comprehensive knowledge of biodiversity issues, conservation strategies, and relevant policy frameworks.
Proven ability to conduct research studies or assessments in biodiversity ecosystems, or conservation practices and evaluate the impacts of development projects on ecosystems and species.
Good report writing and analytical skills.
Hands-on experience in biodiversity assessment, field surveys, and ecological monitoring.
Understanding of the interconnections between biodiversity, ecosystem services, and economic development, especially in relation to agriculture, agroforestry, and fisheries.
Experience in engaging with communities to promote biodiversity conservation and sustainable practices.
