National Service Personnel for Finance

Key Responsibilities:

• Monthly Inventory Count/ Stock count at the Retail Shop.
• Issuing and Invoices and Receipts to various segments of the company upon request from your Manager.
• Prepare all expenses vouchers for Segments for the manager to assent to it when the need be.
• Assist other segments when needed in terms of Finance related activities.

Qualifications & Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Basic knowledge of accounting principles and financial documentation.
• Strong attention to detail for accurate record-keeping.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel & accounting software (preferred but not required).
• Good organizational and time-management skills.
• Ability to work collaboratively with different company segments.
• Strong numerical and analytical skills.
