Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Motorcycle Courier based in Accra. The Motorcycle Courier will be responsible for safely picking up and delivering packages within strict time frames and ensuring proper handling of items during transit. Additional responsibilities include providing excellent customer service, adhering to all traffic and safety regulations, and completing routine vehicle checks and maintenance to ensure optimal performance.

Qualifications

• Strong Customer Service skills and the ability to provide a positive client experience
• Experience in Logistics Management and Transportation, with a focus on timely and safe deliveries
• Valid motorcycle driver’s license and a clean driving record are required
• Good knowledge of local routes, google maps and traffic regulations in Accra
• Attention to detail, time management, and ability to work independently
• WASSCE or equivalent qualifications preferred
