Purpose• To increase the Bank’s loan portfolio through the advancement of good loans to prospective clientsGeneral Duties• Group formation and effective group management• Credit Management, disbursement and recovery of loansQualification Required & Experience• A minimum qualification of HND or Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting, Finance, Agriculture, B. Com, and Social Work from a recognised institutionTechnical• Willingness to work in rural and deprived areas• Motor bike riding skills and a valid licensePersonality• Strong public relation and community entry skills• Detail oriented• Ability to deal with stressful situationsLocation: Eastern Region
