About the Role:
We are a reputable company based in Accra, specializing in the sale of medical and healthcare devices. We are looking for a dynamic and results-oriented Sales Executive to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for promoting and selling our range of medical products and services, building lasting client relationships, and driving business growth.
Key Responsibilities:
- Actively promote and sell medical and healthcare devices to prospective clients and institutions.
- Develop and maintain strong, long-term relationships with healthcare professionals and key decision-makers.
- Identify and pursue new sales opportunities through networking, referrals, and market research.
- Conduct product presentations, demonstrations, and training sessions for clients.
- Consistently meet or exceed monthly sales targets.
- Prepare and submit timely sales reports and forecasts to management.
- Provide prompt after-sales support and effectively handle client inquiries.
Requirements:
- A minimum of a Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
- At least 2 years of proven sales experience, preferably within the medical or healthcare industry.
- Strong interpersonal, communication, and negotiation skills.
- In-depth understanding of the healthcare or medical device industry is a strong advantage.
- Highly motivated, goal-oriented, and able to work independently.
- Must be based in Accra.
Remuneration:
- Competitive base salary plus performance-based commission.
