We are looking for a results-oriented Marketing Executive to join our team. This role is ideal for someone who has passion for marketing and understands the agricultural industry. The successful candidate will be responsible for promoting our agrochemical products, building strong relationships with clients, and driving sales in their designated region.

Job descriptions & requirements
Responsibilities:
- Conduct market research on trends, customer needs and competitor activities.
- Regularly report on sales performance , market trends and customer feedback.
- Creating strategic schedules for major projects.
- Work closely with the sales team to generate leads and meet targets.
- Provide technical support and training on product usage to customers.
- Organize and participate in product demonstrations, and promotional activities.
Qualifications & Requirements:
- Degree/HND in Marketing , Agriculture.
- 2-3 years experience in the FMCG and Agro-business.
- Proven records of being a marketer.
- Knowledge in designing is a plus.
- Ability to work independently, meet deadlines and achieve targets.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
- Strong communication skills.
- Willingness to travel extensively within the assigned region.
- Previous experience with Agricultural Extension Agents is a plus.
- Must have good knowledge of agrochemical shops and the agricultural market in their area of residence.
