The Marketing & Business Development Assistant supports the company's growth by assisting with marketing campaigns, identifying new business opportunities, building client relationships, and supporting sales activities. The role also helps promote the company's products or services, generate leads, and contribute to achieving business growth objectives.
Job descriptions & requirements
Responsibilities:
- Lead Sourcing and Prospecting by identifying and developing new clients.
- Develop innovative strategies for retaining clients; this includes undertaking marketing outreach,
- Coordinate campaigns, maintain social media schedules and posts and marketing for company’s products and services
- Respond to queries and complaints from clients as regards the company’s products; this should be done in a timely fashion
- Market intelligence cold outreach coordination and keeping company’s sales pipeline organized and moving forward.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in business management, marketing, or related field.
- 4 years' relevant work experience in business development or similar field preferred.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills with advanced MICROSOFT skills.
- Strong organization and project management skills.
- Friendly and with a fashionable personal demeanor.
Salary: Negotiable
Location: Tema
