Job Summary

The Management Support Specialist will be responsible for the daily operations and smooth running of the executive’s office, including active and autonomous administrative support for the Head of the Global Diversity and Inclusion Office.

Job Description/Requirements

Role Responsibilities

Support L1 Group Executive/CDIO (Chief Diversity Inclusion Officer) and GDIO (Global Diversity Inclusion Office) Team.

Assist Executive with calendar, preparation/topic content, business travel/expense management.

Manage agenda and preparation for core team meetings.

Coordinate and collaborate with other SAP units to support GDIO projects, extended team meetings, special programs and events.

Maintain tracking activities – (Headcount/CUsers, PO & Invoice Management, Project Spend) for Controlling/Budget alignment.

Monitor specific group goals and KPIS – regular updates on project status.

 


 

Your Profile

We are looking for an individual with strong organizational skills and business acumen to support the Head of Diversity& Inclusion Office. 

  • Passionate about D&I topics
  • Minimum 3-5 of professional experience in similar position or area on ET/SET or GET Level
  • Proven experience working in a fully confidential environment
  • Excellent organizational skills and an ability to keep track of tasks, responsibilities, and deadlines
  • Ability to work independently with multiple and complex tasks with strong prioritization ability included
  • Ability to work in a virtual and international environment – demonstrate flexibility to adapt and lead the change
  • Passion, the ability to work under pressure, a high level of initiative, dedication to taking responsibility and ensuring quality are essential
  • Way of working is very structured, self-directed and organized
  • Very good knowledge of the main internal systems at SAP (such as ISP, CSS, Corporate Portal)
  • Solid know how of MS Office products Outlook, Word and Power Point
  • Profound communication skills (written and verbal) to senior leaders
