Job Summary
Envoy Microcredit Services is seeking dynamic and motivated individuals to join our growing team as Loan Officers. The ideal candidates will be responsible for evaluating loan applications, assessing clients’ creditworthiness, and ensuring timely loan repayments.

Job Description/Requirements
Key Responsibilities:
- Market loan products to potential clients
- Evaluate and process loan applications
- Conduct field visits and background checks on applicants
- Monitor and
follow up on loan repayment
- Maintain
accurate records and reports
- Build strong relationships with clients and ensure excellent customer service
Qualifications:
- Minimum of WASSCE or Diploma
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong numeracy and record-keeping abilities
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Prior experience in sales or fieldwork is an added advantage (but not required)
