Job Summary
We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Junior Accountant to support our finance team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for maintaining accurate financial records, ensuring tax compliance, and assisting with various accounting tasks including payroll processing and invoicing.

Job Description/Requirements
Key Responsibilities:
- Maintain the general ledger and assist in the preparation of financial statements.
- Analyze financial trends and provide relevant insights for decision-making.
- Prepare and file tax returns and liaise with the Ghana Revenue Authority to ensure full tax compliance.
- Generate and submit client invoices in a timely manner.
- Assist in processing payroll accurately and on schedule.
- Support the finance team in reviewing expenses, payroll records, and other financial documentation as assigned.
Qualifications & Requirements:
- A minimum of a Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
- At least 2 years of relevant work experience in a similar role.
- ICAG or ACCA certification (or part qualification) will be an added advantage.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Experience with accounting software is required.
- Strong attention to detail, organizational skills, and the ability to work both independently and collaboratively.
